'Our View From Vinalhaven' is a weekly news column, compiled in part, from authorized press sources, relating media material to Vinalhaven, and rewritten in a light and high manner. It is free at present; by E-Mail, to year round resident islanders. We carry no advertising, and our business income is via paid subscribers.

The View is $25.00 a year to subscribers from away with a common subscription due date of March 1, 2011. The column, with newsy copy and weekly color photos, is available only by E-Mail. There are no hard copies struck, although copies may be seen at the Vinalhaven Public Library and the Vinalhaven Historical Society.
