Group Exercise Classes for Women
Please note new drop-in rate effective April 1, 2012: $6.00 per class, per person.
Ask me about a multi-class Punch Card - $50.00 for 11 classes! (Please note: 4 month expiration date)

All classes last 1 hour. Please arrive a few minutes before start time.
Monday, May 14th at 7:00 AM - Body Conditioning & Big Ball
*Tuesday, May 15th at 5:30 PM - NO CLASS!!
Wednesday, May 16th at 6:00 AM - Circuit Training
*Wednesday, May 16th at 5:30 PM - Circuit Training
Friday, May 18th at 6:00 AM - Step & Sculpt
All new attendees should arrive at least 10 minutes early and will need to sign a waiver.
Bring water, a mat, towel, and energy!
Classes are led by Sue L'Africain. Sue holds certifications through the following organizations:
Certified Fitness Trainer - International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)
Certified Personal Trainer - Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA)
Certified Indoor Cycling instructor - Schwinn
Sue is also a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Sue is CPR Certified.
"Body Conditioning" & "Circuit Training" classes combine cardio, muscle work, abs and stretching. We may use hand weights, kettlebells, steps, big balls, weighted balls, tubes, bands, etc.
"HIIT" is High Intensity Interval Training with a focus on intensity!
STEP & SCULPT Classes - We utilize a bench and risers. This is a fairly fast paced cardio class (free weights are used too) with some choreography. It's a great workout!

Classes are held in the "Harbor View" room upstairs at Aerofit Gym. You do not need to be a gym member to participate in group exercise classes.
Aerofit is located in the Harbor Wharf Center.
